I resisted Twitter too until just a couple of months ago - now with some automated tools I am up to over 6000 followers with two Twitter accounts (one is more targeted to people interested in nutrition), and have had over 1000 clicks on my blog posts with regularly scheduled Tweets. Automating is the key ,and I did like yourself invited people to join me on Facebook, which many have! I haev generated many leads already from using the targeted keywords to follow people. Ah, I guess resistance was futile!

In 1978 I had no idea what a computer was, except something in Star Wars. Even though I wasn't a fan Startrek had some cool stuff too. So I understand how you feel about technology. But I will be following your twitter plan and see how it works out.
